Reading this again for the first time in almost a decade! I still love it.  I can't believe how many details I lifted for the story I wrote! OK, I can believe it, I was actually going to ask if I could borrow the character of Mikey, and several other things, but I wasn't able to connect with you.

Any chance that you're still going to be adding chapters? I wish you would!!

Thank you for leaving a review.  I still have this story kicking around in my head, but I don't have the energy to tackle writing any of it down.  Maybe when I retire some day.

Huh, looks like the board ate my review from yesterday evening... ;)

 

I think I wrote that I really like how you write Jericho and the characters!

 

I do like Em, but I'm an absolute Jake-Heather-Worshipper and so I'm thankful that you kept the Em-part short and gave us so much of Heather!

 

And poor Jake was so terrified with leaving Heather at the Saltmine, not knowing if the explosion was to much...

its so nice to see how much Heather you can wrap around the original story... :)

I'm glad she finally told him!

And it was so sweet that Jake had difficulties in asking her out for their first date! *laughs*

Trust me, if there's one thing that I wrote Different Circumstances for it was to put Heather back smack dab in the middle of Jericho where I think she belongs.  And I do think she fits well.

I  know I'm a lot late responding to this, but I have to say that I couldn't have Heather tell Jake earlier because I was still leaving myself an out.  Luckily, I bit the bullet... so much of their story was coming to me and Baby Green is an integral part of their story. :-)
